Klaviyo’s onsite technologies may also collect or receive information about form and site engagement, as described below.

3. Email and SMS Marketing

Email and SMS marketing consent are optional and are treated separately. Providing an email address does not by itself provide consent to receive marketing text messages, and providing a phone number does not by itself provide consent to receive marketing emails.

Email

We send marketing emails only when a person has opted in or when otherwise permitted by applicable law. You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in a marketing email or by contacting us.

SMS

We send marketing text messages only after a person provides appropriate consent to receive them. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase. 4. SMS Privacy and Third-Party Data Sharing

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with or sold to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Service providers may process phone numbers, message content, delivery information, and consent records on our behalf when necessary to operate our messaging program. These service providers may use that information only to provide services to Lireda Foods and may not use SMS opt-in data or consent for their own marketing.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The website uses Klaviyo onsite tracking and related technologies, which may include cookies, pixels, local storage, or similar technologies. We use them to operate signup forms, support email and SMS marketing and subscriber management, measure form and site engagement, remember or recognize visitors where applicable, and perform marketing-related analytics. Depending on how a visitor interacts with the website, these technologies may collect or receive browser and device information, IP address, pages viewed, referring information, form activity, and identifiers associated with a browser or subscriber. We do not currently use Klaviyo for ecommerce, checkout, purchase, or abandoned-cart tracking.

Abandoned cart text messages

Lireda Foods does not currently offer online shopping or send abandoned-cart text messages. If those features are introduced, our website may use cookies or similar technologies to keep track of items placed in a shopping cart, including when a cart has been abandoned. If you have separately consented to receive text messages from Lireda Foods, this information may be used to determine when to send an abandoned-cart reminder by text message.

6. Service Providers

We may use third-party service providers to help operate our website, communications, hosting, analytics, ecommerce, payments, and marketing. These providers may process information on our behalf only as necessary to provide their services and subject to their contractual and legal obligations.

We use Klaviyo as a service provider for signup forms, email and SMS marketing, Early Access registrations, subscriber management, onsite engagement measurement, marketing-related analytics, and customer communications. Klaviyo processes information on our behalf; it does not own our customer information or have permission to use SMS opt-in data and consent for its own marketing.

7. Selling Personal Information

Lireda Foods does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

8. Location Information

We do not currently request or collect precise GPS location information through this website. We may receive approximate location information derived from an IP address as part of ordinary website operation or future analytics.

9. Data Retention

We may retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, manage communications and consent records, maintain business records, comply with legal requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and why it was collected.

10. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

11. Children’s Privacy

Our website and marketing programs are not directed to children under 13, and Lireda Foods does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can review and address the request.
